Vila Vivaio provides comfortable accommodation in a simple, typically Tuscan style. It includes 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms located on two floors.
The main house consists of a spacious living room connected to a bar with a kitchen. There is also a magnificent dining room with a fireplace and stone stove where you can prepare traditional Italian pizza. The whole interior is very sunny. Guests can use the large terrace with sunbeds and a private pool.
As well as our other facilities, you can also use our own well with a water supply, garage and carports for three vehicles. Its location in the heart of an untouched landscape makes it ideal for family celebrations, summer holidays or an intimate wedding. The country house was renovated with care by a well-known English architect.
